The Rotary Club of North Bay presented “Unsung Hero Service Awards” to four individuals who have made a positive and substantive contribution to their community or workplace, without seeking any recognition.
Megan Lee (Sunridge), Chantal Brousseau (North Bay), Christine Lacoste Froud (North Bay), and Seth Compton (Callander) each truly exemplify Rotary’s motto “Service above Self”.
In recognition of this, each recipient has been designated as a Paul Harris Fellow, the highest honour a Rotary club can bestow on an individual. Paul Harris was one of the founders of Rotary in 1905.
